## FAQ

### What stays free after the trial?

Markets and alerts stay free, including charts, watchlists, pinning, up to five rotating markets, alert history, and sound. After the one 48-hour Pro trial, account monitoring needs Pro.

### Which exchanges and markets are supported?

Public markets cover Binance Spot, USDⓈ-M and COIN-M; OKX Spot, perpetuals and delivery; and Hyperliquid Spot and the default perpetual DEX. Position monitoring supports a narrower range of account modes.

### Do I need an API key?

Prices need no key. OKX and Binance positions use read-only API credentials in the app, with trading and withdrawals disabled. Hyperliquid uses a public address.

### Can CryptoIsland trade or move funds?

No. CryptoIsland does not place orders, transfer funds, withdraw, or request wallet signatures. Supported positions can open the exchange’s official trading page.

### How often do positions update?

While running, updates are about every 5 seconds for OKX and Hyperliquid and at least every 10 seconds for Binance. Network delays and rate limits may slow updates.

### Can I rotate several markets or positions?

Yes. The app supports up to five markets and five positions in separate lists, rotating at 5-, 10-, or 15-second intervals.

### Which Macs are supported?

Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later are supported. Intel Macs are not supported.

### What are the price and license terms?

Pro costs US$19.90 for one calendar year from payment confirmation, for one Mac per license. Payment is once-off with manual renewal, not an automatically renewing subscription.
