### What happens when a cluster is stopped?

Stopped clusters cost nothing. Compute billing applies only while a cluster is running.

Yes. Databasin Private deploys from the Azure Marketplace into the customer's Azure tenant. Data stays in that tenant, and Azure bills the customer's compute and LLM usage directly.
