# tmps.fyi: Share text, images, files and screenshots across devices.

> tmps.fyi is a free online clipboard and temporary file-sharing tool for moving content between phones, tablets, and computers. Open a named space in a browser, then join it from another device using the same name, an invitation link, or a QR code. Paste text or clipboard images, or upload files; connected devices receive updates in real time, and can copy text or download images and files. On desktop, a screenshot action in the sharing toolbar can capture and share a screenshot when the browser supports it and the user grants permission. No app installation or sign-up is needed. An optional password can restrict access. By default, a ten-minute inactivity countdown starts after the last device leaves; the space and its contents are deleted when it ends.
