Agent Kit & Repo Audit

Agent Kit & Repo Audit is for developers who use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot and want those assistants to follow instructions that are actually true for their repository.

The Agent Kit is a one-time download of ready-made files: a shared AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md, Cursor rules for editing, testing, security, git, frontend, Go and TypeScript, GitHub Copilot instructions, a guard hook for Claude Code and Cursor that denies secret-looking paths and asks before destructive shell commands, six workflow prompts (plan, bugfix, refactor, review, test backfill, handoff), checklists and a read-only readiness scanner. You adapt the example commands and paths to your project; v1.x updates are free.

The Repo Audit is a static review of one public repository: up to ten instruction files or 1,200 instruction lines are checked line by line against the tree - paths, commands, scripts, packages and tool rules - to find stale or conflicting guidance. It never runs your code. You receive a PDF and Markdown report within 48 hours with a summary, keep/rewrite/delete decisions with proposed text, a load-order and conflict review, a length budget, an evidence-based 20-point score and a prioritised fix list with effort estimates.

A real sample report is public: on block/goose (21 October 2026), 59 of 65 instruction claims matched the code and six needed a rewrite. Prices are one-time and include 19% German VAT.
