Terms of Service

You sign in with Google or a one-time email code. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

One person, one account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

You may only submit products you made or are authorised to represent. Everything you submit (name, description, images, links) must be accurate and yours to share. You keep ownership of it, and you give IndieLaunch a worldwide, free licence to show it on the site, in our emails and on our social accounts for as long as the listing is up.

Every submission is reviewed by hand, and we may decline, edit for formatting, schedule, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including anything illegal, adult, gambling-related, deceptive, or harmful. Free launches are placed in the next launch week with room.

Product pages link to the maker's website. Premium launches are always followed links. Free launches are marked nofollow unless the IndieLaunch badge is on the maker's site and we can verify it; we re-check about once a week and may switch a link back to nofollow if the badge is gone. We don't promise any search ranking or traffic.

Vote honestly, once per account. Buying votes, using multiple accounts, bots, vote-exchange groups or any other way of faking the ranking is not allowed. We may remove votes, reset rankings and suspend accounts involved, and a product that benefits may be removed.

Comments must be respectful and on topic. No spam, harassment, or self-promotion unrelated to the product.

Premium is a one-time payment per launch. If we don't approve a Premium launch, we refund it in full. Once a Premium launch is approved and live, it isn't refundable. Premium changes where your launch starts on the board and how the link is treated; it never adds votes, and the ranking follows votes.

Banner ads run for the length you book, starting when payment clears, for one banner or several booked together. List ads run for each launch week you choose. Ads are one-time purchases and don't renew automatically. Prices are shown before checkout and locked once you pay. Ads are labelled as sponsored and their links are marked rel="sponsored".

We may refuse or remove any ad that is illegal, adult, gambling-related or misleading; if we remove one before it has run its course for that reason, we refund the unused portion. Otherwise, ads aren't refundable once they are live. To change an ad's content, email us.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and may add sales tax or VAT at checkout. Refunds we agree to go back to the original payment method. If you believe you were charged in error, email us before opening a dispute and we'll sort it out.

Don't break the law on IndieLaunch, upload malware, scrape the site at a volume that affects other visitors, probe or attack our systems, impersonate anyone, or try to get around a suspension or our limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using IndieLaunch at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing hello@indielaunch.dev.

IndieLaunch is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
