Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address, and if you use Google, your name and profile picture.
• Profile: anything you add in settings: username, display name, bio, website and X link. Your profile is public.
• What you post: products you submit, comments, and votes. Products, comments and votes are public.
• Payments: handled by Dodo Payments. We receive a payment reference and what was bought, never your card details.
• Usage: counts of clicks on product websites and ads. To count each visitor once and to stop abuse, your IP address is used in short-lived rate-limit records that expire within a day.
• Analytics: anonymous page-view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics (which pages are visited, and roughly from where). It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across sites.
• Cookies: only the ones that keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To run your account and the launch board, show your products and comments, process purchases, send the emails you'd expect (login codes, review results, receipts and ad confirmations), show makers and advertisers aggregate click counts, and protect the site from spam and fraud.

We use a small set of providers, each only for its job:

• Supabase: database and sign-in
• Vercel: hosting
• Cloudflare R2: image storage
• Upstash: rate limiting and short-lived codes
• Resend: sending email
• Dodo Payments: payments and invoicing
• Google: "Sign in with Google", if you choose it
• Exa: reads your public website when you use "Fill with AI" on the submit form

When you use auto-fill, AI import or badge verification, our server visits the public website you entered, identifying itself as IndieLaunchBot. Verified badges are re-checked about once a week.

Account data stays while your account exists. Launched products stay listed as part of the public archive unless you ask us to remove them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Rate-limit and login-code records expire on their own within a day.

You can edit your profile and products at any time. Email hello@indielaunch.dev to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its data; we reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object or complain to your data protection authority.

IndieLaunch isn't for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
