How to submit to TopAI.tools, and alternatives

What TopAI.tools does for a launch

AI directories are where people go when they want a tool for a job and expect AI to do it. They're strict about fit: if AI is a side feature of your product, skip them. If it's the core, they're among the best-trafficked directories you can be in.

How to get listed on TopAI.tools

1. Make sure AI does the main job in your product; AI directories turn away products where it's a side feature.
2. Find TopAI.tools's submit page and check what it asks for and whether there's a fee or a queue.
3. Lead with the task, not the technology: "turns meeting recordings into notes" beats "AI-powered productivity platform".
4. Pick the category people would browse for that task, and state pricing honestly, including whether there's a free tier.
5. Add a short demo video or a GIF if TopAI.tools allows it. AI tools are judged on output, so show some.
6. Update the listing when you add features or change pricing; these directories are often used to compare tools side by side.

Tips for TopAI.tools

• Name the tools you compete with so you show up on their alternatives pages.

What to prepare before you submit

You'll paste the same things into every launch platform and directory, so write them once:

• A tagline under 60 characters that says what it does (see how to write a product tagline).
• A description under 160 characters, plus a longer one of two or three short paragraphs.
• A square logo (at least 256×256) and three or four screenshots at the same size.
• Your pricing in one line, including whether there's a free plan.
• A spreadsheet of where you submitted, the listing URL and whether the link is followed.

Frequently asked questions

Is submitting to TopAI.tools free?

Some AI directories list tools for free, many charge a submission fee, and most sell featured placement. TopAI.tools's current terms are on its submit page.

Will TopAI.tools accept my product?

If AI does the main job in it and it works for someone who signs up today, it has a good chance. Products that are mostly a wrapper with no clear use case, or that are still a waitlist, are often declined.

Is TopAI.tools worth it for an AI product?

Usually yes, if you're an AI-first product: people browse these directories with a task in mind and a willingness to try new tools. Measure it with a tagged link so you know what it sends.
