Get the table or list on a web page into a spreadsheet without copy-pasting row by row. Click the icon and Gridnab finds HTML tables, ARIA grids and repeating lists (product grids, result lists, directories), ranks them and outlines the best one on the page. In the preview you can rename, reorder and remove columns, add a column by clicking any element (its text, link or image address), pick rows yourself when needed, and remove duplicates. Download CSV (opens cleanly in Excel, Numbers and Sheets, with formula-safe cells) or copy straight into a spreadsheet. Unlimited pages and rows, no account, no daily quota. It runs only on the tab you click and your data never leaves your browser. Pro (coming soon) adds multi-page runs, Excel export and saved recipes. Collect only data you're allowed to use.

What VNCNT Gridnab does

  • One-click table detection: Finds HTML tables, grids and repeating lists on the current page, ranks likely matches and outlines them.
  • Editable columns: Rename, reorder and remove columns, restore removed columns, or add values by clicking text, links or images.
  • Pick rows manually: Point at the list you want when the automatic selection is not the right one.
  • Duplicate removal: Remove duplicate rows in one click.
  • CSV and spreadsheet copy: Download a formula-safe CSV for Excel, Numbers and Sheets, or copy the rows directly into a spreadsheet.
  • Unlimited local collection: Use unlimited pages and rows with no daily quota or account; data stays in the browser.

Who it's for

People who collect data from web pages, including sellers, researchers, developers and spreadsheet users.

Why people use VNCNT Gridnab

Copying tables and repeating lists from web pages into spreadsheets is manual and can produce messy or incomplete data.

Gridnab detects tables and lists on the current page, lets users edit the collected columns and exports the rows as CSV or copied spreadsheet data.

The free version processes data in the browser without a server, tracking or network requests, and has unlimited pages and rows.

Pricing

VNCNT Gridnab is free to use.

VNCNT Gridnab FAQ

Is Gridnab free?
Yes. The first release is free, with unlimited pages and rows, CSV download and copy. Pro is not available yet.
Does Gridnab require an account?
No. The free version requires no account.
Which browsers does Gridnab support?
The site describes Gridnab as a Chrome and Edge extension. The extensions page says the extensions are live on Microsoft Edge while Chrome listings are rolling out.
What can Gridnab collect?
It collects tables and repeating lists already shown on the page in front of you, including product grids, result lists, price tables and directories.
Can columns be customized?
Yes. Columns can be renamed, reordered, removed and restored. A column can also be added by clicking an element on the page.
Where is collected data processed?
Rows are processed and stored in the browser on the current computer. The free version makes no network requests, and VNCNT Labs says it never receives the collected rows.
Does Gridnab collect data across multiple pages?
The current free version collects what is shown on the page. Multiple-page collection with next-button or infinite-scroll support is listed as a future Pro feature.
What are Gridnab's limits?
It only collects content already shown on the page. Some browser settings and extension-store pages do not allow extensions to run, and the site says Gridnab is not intended for personal information or contact details.
