What is an early adopter?

An early adopter is someone who tries new products before most people do, accepting missing features and bugs in exchange for solving a problem sooner.

Early adopters usually have the problem badly enough that they were already patching together a solution. That is what makes them tolerant, and what makes their feedback specific.

They gather where new things are posted: launch platforms, niche communities, and the replies under posts about the problem.

Your first users will almost all be early adopters. Go to where they already look for new tools instead of trying to reach everyone at once.
